How quickly can I get started?
You will need to watch the initial 4 videos and set up a 3rd party prop firm account, initial training can usually be completed in a few hours. It's important to absorb the information, not rush it.
Do I have to use a prop firm / funded account?
No, our technology also works with traditional brokers like Interactive Brokers and Schwab (BETA). Anything that works with both NinjaTrader8 and a compatible broker also works with our fully-automated bot trading technology.
How many machines can I run the bots on?
You are allowed to run on 2 machines. This accommodates for any combination of a desktop / laptop / VPS (cloud based "virtual private server")
Are there any extra/hidden costs?
3rd party funded accounts, like Apex Trader Funding, are an additional cost. They start around $28/month with our discount coupon code for the $25k account.
If you want to trade your own brokerage account by connecting a compatible broker to NinjaTrader 8, NinjaTrader requires you have a multi-broker license which costs around $99/month, payable to NinjaTrader directly.
What is required to get a funded account?
Each prop firm is different, but grow an evaluation account 8-10% without breaking the rules. Once funded, you can keep up to 90% of your gains. Apex Trader Funding allows you to keep up to 100% of your first $25k of funding.,
What OS / platform do the trading bots work with?
The bots operate within our preferred trading software, NinjaTrader 8, which is compatible on Windows-only operating systems. If you use a Mac OS, you can install Parallels to install NinjaTrader 8 on a Mac. More about our recommended trading software here.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds. There are no contracts, so you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
